If you want an agent to find you a suitable long let residence, then Emma is the person to contact. I am from Australia and will be moving to Malta for 12 months as from February 2024 and needed to find a suitable property on my one week visit last month. Carl Mizzi, I recommend him as an excellent real estate agent, he is an attentive, cordial person, very diligent and willing to collaborate with the details regarding the contract and even other unrelated details.
