Carl showed himself as super organised, professional and helpful person. He’s someone who understands the requirements for an apartment and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t want to. We liked that he was always very attentive to our requests and actually helped us find an apartment we wanted (instead of offering the ones that were just available but didn’t meet our expectations as the other agents did!). He also helped us negotiate a good price with the owner!
