Simon Marchett was excellent. We met him over the course of three days and he was helpful and courteous, listening to our needs and reviewing the properties he could show us. He listened to what we were looking for and came up with suggestions of their own based on what we thought we might like. And he always stayed within the price range given to them – which was very refreshing!
