Carl helped me sell my mother’s studio flat. I live overseas and was on holiday in Malta when all of this occurred. He was efficient, understanding, patient as he needed to explain step by step what we needed to do and so professional but in a warm way. He worked extremely hard, got us and the flat in shape with all the documentation and permits we  required and all other red tape requirements in order to sell the property.
He continuously kept in touch once I had to travel back to NZ. And made sure all that was necessary was completed.
