We have been working with Grace Cauchi for several years. She first showed us some homes for sale in Gozo several years ago when we were planning to sell our villa in Italy and move to Malta. She then facilitated, the week before Easter, all the activities related to the purchase, including finding a notary who was available during the holidays. We were able to sign all the documents, and she even helped us find a rental house to cover the period before the final deed is signed. Grace is extremely efficient, helpful, and most of all kind. She has the highest standards of professionalism and goes the extra mile to make her clients feel valued and appreciated. We have worked with many realtors in our lives, and she is the best.
