While living in the UK the Frank Salt Real Estate Property Management team have been looking after our apartment in St Paul’s Bay. It has been very reassuring to know that our property is being checked regularly, any issues and bills promptly dealt with, and a polite and helpful maintenance team on call.

My husband and I have found her to be so efficient and friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. She always responds to messages quickly, which is reassuring when you live abroad, and aren’t there yourself to deal with things as they arise. We would definitely recommend Frank Salt’s property management team to anyone who has a property in Malta or Gozo, which they have to leave unoccupied for long periods at a time, or considering renting their property.
