Charles has been a massive help in my search for a home in Malta.  I came in May for 10 days, with a half-baked  project, not really expecting anything to happen on this first ´fact-finding’ visit.  Charles listened, grasped the nettle, and made it happen.  He has always been professional, courteous, efficient and amiable in equal measures.  He has eased the process massively, his service has continued to be first class, and I cannot thank him enough for guiding me successfully through this process – to its conclusion (and beyond).  Charles has always gone the extra mile!
