I contacted Igor at a very critical moment, when the apartment we had agreed on fell through while I was still abroad. Igor was very professional and understanding. He explained the current situation in the property market clearly and, despite the circumstances, managed to find me some good alternatives within a relatively short period of time.
As an agent and as a person, Igor is excellent, and I would highly recommend Igor Russo. Even after the deal was completed, I was still able to contact him whenever I faced any difficulties. He is very responsive, helpful, and understanding, especially in challenging situations.
I am very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend his services.
