Doreen met us, with little notice, on our visit here to explore retirement accommodation options. In only a few days, she helped us explore in several areas, quickly appreciating our individual likes and dislikes; informing without imposing; knowledgeable and professional, always available and flexible.
Once we decided on an option, Doreen pulled out the stops to make all the various arrangements – legal, administrative, utilities, financial etc – in our absence – not always straightforward, yet handled well, with great communication.
