Simon was very polite and respectful and a pleasure to deal with. He also phoned back within a few hours to give feed back. Not sure if anything will come of it but we were just so pleasantly surprised with Simon’s work ethic. We are off to London for a week on the 13th and then would like to get together with you for a catch up on all your cruises etc.
