Carl has a great ability to match the right tenants with the right landlord and property. He is efficient — no waste of time which is super helpful if you’re busy with other things. The first time, I gave him the keys and he took care of introducing me to only suitable potential tenants, and by the third visit, we had found the right tenants. When the time came to find new tenants, Carl knew me and the place better. It only took him one visit which lasted less than 5 minutes and the new tenants were ready to send over their deposit for the apartment.
