Frank Salt Real Estate has appointed Jean Chapelle Paleologo as its new Managing Director. With an illustrious career marked by strategic leadership and transformative accomplishments, Jean brings a wealth of expertise to the 55-year old real estate group.

Jean’s primary objective is to further fortify Frank Salt Real Estate’s position as market leaders while facilitating the realisation of the Group’s expansion plans. His extensive experience and strategic vision will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s service offerings, thereby reinforcing its commitment to delivering unparalleled value to a cherished clientele. In his capacity as Managing Director, Jean will also serve as an integral member of the Executive Directors team, steering the company towards new heights of success.

Prior to joining Frank Salt Real Estate, Jean served as the Chief Executive Officer of Refalo Advocates, where he demonstrated remarkable leadership acumen and spearheaded the firm’s growth initiatives. His tenure was distinguished by a strong focus on restructuring, branding and strategic development.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in sales and wealth management within the international financial services sector, Jean brings invaluable insights to Frank Salt Real Estate. His expertise in cross-border investment and tax planning strategies, tailored to the unique needs of high net worth individuals, has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.

Jean holds a Diploma in Business Management from Maastricht University and a Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) from the Institute of Financial Services in the UK.
