All heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) at Tigné Point are operated by SIS Ltd. For example, the environmentally-sound and energy-efficient climate control system here supplies cooling and heating to around 200 homes, 15,000 square metres of office space and 25,000 square metres of retail space at The Centre. The use of sea water which is sourced onsite as the constant cooling agent and the entire HVAC system offers considerable energy savings. This is further increased thanks to a computerised climate control system that operates with ultra-efficiency and produces what can be considered as almost negligible wastage. The whole system is centrally controlled making use of bespoke and tailor-made software specifically adapted to make the most efficient use of cool and hot water in order to maximise savings when it comes to energy consumption.

THE TIGNÉ POINT PHASES

Fortress Gardens, Q3

Fortress Gardens, Q3 is a new and exclusive residential development of 16-floors, comprising 63 luxury apartments and penthouses. Every home is meticulously designed and impeccably completed within this development. The interiors feature a neutral, cool palette comprising light porcelain tiles, engineered timber flooring, natural stone wall tiles and bronze accent finishes.
