Frank Salt Real Estate was established in 1969 and has since become one of the leading real estate agencies on the island. The success of the company is not a result of sheer luck, but of hard work and dedication, in order to provide an outstanding service to our loyal clients. It is through this work ethic that we reach our targets year after year, with 2015 being a record year throughout all our divisions.

Unlike the usual business article, where a company would list reason after reason as to why their service is unparalleled and superior, we would rather share some feedback received from our clients. Each client is catered to in a personal and professional manner. It is a perfect balance of these two approaches which allows us to obtain our clients’ trust and loyalty, which in turn, leads to a satisfied customer in all their property needs.

Our home interiors consultancy service and our property management services have also gone above and beyond to provide a service that cannot be achieved elsewhere. The property management service is run by the manager Bronia Mercieca and focuses on reducing the workload for property owners, by being at our clients’ beck and call when anything goes wrong, from changing a gas cylinder to assisting when a tenant gets locked out of the apartment! They can be considered life savers in those moments when letting tenants do not know who to turn to. Currently, this division manages 180 properties and this number is steadily rising.
