The management team from Frank Salt Real Estate, together with the company directors have recently returned from a culinary expedition to Sicily, as part of a team building activity. The trip gave the members the opportunity to brainstorm in an informal session, whilst also enjoying some leisure time in this quaint haven, sipping fruity indigenous wines and indulging in delightful Sicilian cuisine including visits to eateries and wineries in Pozzallo, Taormina, Catania and Forza D’Agro.
This activity was organised by the company’s HR Division and ties in with the company’s 5 year strategic plan which incorporates opening up a number of additional branches and gradually double its staff complement. “We have great plans for Frank Salt Real Estate for the coming years!” commented Douglas Salt, Company Director “Growth is not something that happens overnight, but with the right strategy and tools in place, we are confident that we can achieve our targets, which centers on being able to provide a better service to our client.
