“A roaring success”
“Highly Informative and super professional”
“A great overview of what real estate is really all about”
“A great opportunity to meet up with true property experts and network”
These were some of many great comments from over 60 graduates who have recently completed.
Frank Salt Real Estate’s MasterClass in Real Estate, the first of its kind in Malta.
The MasterClass series attracted an overall attendance of over 90 applicants who had the opportunity to get a strong understanding of how real estate in Malta operates as well as a preview of the skills required to take up real estate as a profession.
The intensive 8-session course, spread over one month, saw the participation of more than 20 lecturers and real estate experts, most having had direct experience in the field with a minimum of ten years experience or longer. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet up with established property consultants who shared some of their success stories, along with hands-on tips.
The course covered various topics dealing with both residential and commercial property, as well as sales and letting. It also covered a good degree of legal and industry regulation elements, such as the process of selling or buying a property, obtaining financing, contract obligations and Malta’s popular residence programmes.
“I would like to show my appreciation for the very informative high level masterclass” stated Mr Bonett, one of the participants. “I was very impressed by the presentations delivered”.
“I would like to express my very positive feedback with regards the course! Very informative, engaging, and well thought out.” Added Mariya, another masterclass graduate. “All lecturers were extremely knowledgeable and in love with their job, which makes a good impact.”
Others found the networking sessions to be even more fruitful, since participants got the change to meet ‘real’ people from the industry.
The Masterclass in Real Estate is one of a series of initiatives that Frank Salt Real Estate is organising to mark the company’s 50-year anniversary. Given the programme’s outstanding success – which saw more than 200 people apply within one week of launch – a second Masterclass programme is expected to run again later in the year.
