“It seems that 2011 will be an excellent year for the property market this year with demand for property having picked up, particularly thanks to the great choice of excellently priced properties that are on the market.” This is what Robert D’Amato, the new manager at Frank Salt Real Estate’s San Gwann branch had to say during his work week in office.
Robert has a wealth of experience when it comes to property, having worked in the industry for the past 12 years. He is definitely no new face to Frank Salt Real Estate having already been employed with the company in the past, first at the Sliema sales office and then at Homes of Quality. He also holds extensive knowledge of the financial and ITC industry, an area which he has been focusing on prior to his re-engagement with Frank Salt Real Estate.
Robert has a passion for sports and adventure. He has participated in the Life Cycle Challenge for three consecutive years between 2003 and 2005. In 2007, Robert and his wife, Lorraine, decided to go for a working holiday experience in New Zealand and Australia.
“I am glad to have the opportunity to lead the Frank Salt San Gwann branch’, stated Robert. ‘The San Gwann branch handles all sorts of clients in relation to property, be it first time buyers, as well as those looking for a second home or an investment. As with the rest of the Frank Salt staff complement, the San Gwann branch is very well equipped to handle all sorts of queries, and we like to see ourselves as a one-stop shop for any matter related to buying, renting or selling property!”
Robert D’Amato has taken over the role from company director Douglas Salt, who has now taken over the management of the St Julians branch, after successfully managing the San Gwann branch for a number of years. The Directors, management and team at Frank Salt Real Estate, augur Robert the best of luck for his new post within the company and look forward to working together to achieve yet more successes for the company in the coming year.
