[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Frank Salt Real Estate welcomes Ian Laferla to its management team, as the new manager of Sliema branch. He takes over from George Vassallo, who was recently appointed company director.
Ian Laferla joined Frank Salt Real Estate in 2006, having previously worked in the hospitality and catering industry. During his 12-year practise with Frank Salt Real Estate he has been stationed at a number of its branches including Sliema, St Julian’s and Homes of Quality. Throughout the years he has garnered a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, as well as the respect of colleagues and industry peers – thanks to his strong sense of responsibility, integrity and ethics – which are synonymous with the Frank Salt Real Estate brand.
Having already spent a good number of years at the Frank Salt Real Estate Sliema offices, in 2018 Ian was appointed Assistant Branch Manager. This role gave him the opportunity to work closer with and get to know better his future team.
“At the Sliema branch I found a fantastic tight-knit team of positive, hardworking, successful sales people, who are proud brand ambassadors of the company,” said Ian.
“I am proud to be leading a very dynamic and energetic team at the Sliema branch” he adds. “My objective is to keep the team motivated and support them in exceeding their goals, without losing sight of who we really are and who we work for. My favourite mottos are ‘Treat others the way you want to be treated’ and ‘the glass is always half full’.
