The much awaited annual event Isle of MTV is once again upon us and people are eager to squeeze to the front of the huge crowd in order to get as close as possible to the incredible line up of A-list artists that take the stage during this fantastic event.
People from all over Europe travel to Malta to join the crowd for this concert which is completely free of charge, organised in partnership between MTV and the Malta Tourism Authority.
In order to hype up the event and warm up the locals and foreigners for the music mania they are about to experience, Malta Music Week was established, which is a schedule of events building up the the hottest free concert in Europe!
Starting from the 24th of June, Malta Music week explores different music styles and cultural habits through mini concerts, parties and music events ideal for youths and adults. The week is topped off by the free Isle of MTV concert on the 28th at the Granaries in Floriana.
This year, some of the world-renowned artists who will be taking the stage include singer-songwriter and Grammy award winner Jesse Glynne, multi-platinum selling artist Wiz Khalifa and more which are soon to be announced!
