Malta has a large selection of properties available, ranging from modern apartment blocks and luxury villas to century old houses of character and Palazzos. Luxury villas are available as detached or semi-detached and comprise of large grounds and drive-ins, with attractive facades. If you are planning to buy a villa in Malta, you can expect to find a number of commodities that add value to your property. The first that comes to mind is ample outdoor space.
