And Frank Salt Real Estate’s Gozo branch team does it again…securing the agency’s 2021 best branch award!
Frank Salt Real Estate’s Gozo team are on a roll, having also just won the coveted best branch award for 2021. This was announced during the company’s AGM held at the end of February during a spectacular evening at the Eden Cinemas.
This award is given in recognition of the branch’s efforts and outstanding performance in sales and letting of property, number of properties registered during the year and other metrics that help evaluating branch performance. The team surpassed all its targets for the year and generated substantial turnover for the company, while never failing to provide a top-notch service to clients.
“This is a lifetime satisfaction for me and I couldn’t be prouder of my team”, commented Gozo Director Marie Grech. “We’ve been servicing our clients for over 30 years, offering a professional and comprehensive service in all property related matters. The Gozo team is made up of dedicated individuals who are committed to offering the best possible service and I am now looking forward to the younger generation taking over and upholding the same company principles”, continued Marie.
2021 was no easy year for the local real estate industry, with the advent of Brexit and the COVID pandemic, yet Frank Salt Real Estate took the bold decision to expand its reach in Gozo further by opening a second branch, thus adding to its compliment of property consultants servicing the sister island.

Upon the announcement, Katya Scicluna, manager of the Gozo branch at Fortunato Mizzi Street, remarked, “We are a very strong team of 17, consisting of dedicated sales and letting consultants, support staff and property management and maintenance staff. We make work fun; we help each other and pull the same rope. That’s what makes us a cut above the rest! We all work towards a common goal – providing a frank and personal service to our clients.”
Frank Salt Real Estate’ Best Branch award is no new addition to Gozo’s line of ‘wins’ for 2021, having also been recognised as ‘Gozo’s Best Real Estate and Property Company of the Year’, an award that recognises Gozitan businesses for the highest levels of achievement in the industry.
