Following the launch of the new Malta Global Residency Programme earlier this Summer, Frank Salt Real Estate has taken up a number of initiatives with the scope of actively promoting Malta and its residency programmes overseas. This included coverage on a number of international magazines, participation in overseas property exhibitions, online media initiatives, as well as through a number of seminars organised by the company in various countries, with the latest having taken place in South Africa.
Frank Salt Real Estate has been a pioneer in investing in the foreign market and 2013 has been no exception. Throughout the first quarter of the year, the company has in fact embarked on a major road show titled flyttatillmalta (move to Malta) focused primarily towards the Scandinavian Market.

The advent of the new Global Residency Programme promises well for Malta, which according to Parliamentary Secretary for Competiveness and Economic Growth Hon. Dr. Edward Zammit Lewis was ‘designed specifically to address the needs of non-EU and non-EEA foreign nationals. It is government’s intention to look into all the programmes that Malta has and if necessary introduce improvements to make them more attractive.”
