2011 is promising to be another rewarding year in relation to the property market, with most local estate agents registering a positive increase in sales volume (number of properties sold). Only last year, the company opened its twelfth office, dedicated to Residential Letting and Commercial Properties, located on the Sliema seafront. Further expansion is planned for this year, including the opening of another branch close to Spinola Bay in St Julians, as well as extension works at the Marsascala branch.
The same can be said for its flagship office in St Julians, which has currently been extended, taking over the adjoining property. With its database of properties always expanding, and to support its ever growing staff complement of property consultants, the company has seen it fit to extend this branch, in order to be able to offer a better service to its customers. The extension works commenced in May, and have now been completed. The St Julians Sales offices now boast of a state of the art, designer finished environment, complete with the latest ITC innovations. The project also saw the renovation of the existing premises, with the whole area being completely redesigned to reflect today’s interiors fashion trends. Special care was taken to ensure that the old and new section of the premises holistically merge into one, amalgamating several elements from the old part of the office into the new look, resulting in perfect harmony and consistency with the other branches operated by Frank Salt Real Estate.
