Following a very successful initiative by the government to assist first time buyers with savings of up to €5000 on stamp duty in the recent budget this has been renewed once more until the end of 2017. In addition to the Government’s initiative, Frank Salt Real Estate is throwing in another €900 worth of cash vouchers, as well as free home loan insurance for the first year.
