Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd in Malta are seeking a committed individual with a professional manner, and their own means of transport to join our Property Management Division as a Property Management Executive.
Our Property Management Department plays a crucial role in delivering expert care and attention to our clients’ properties. The Property Management Executive will form an integral part of the operations of the Property Management Division at Frank Salt Real Estate. The ideal candidate will join an existing team of executives and will learn the ropes from the best. The role is both interesting and challenging, as no two workdays will be alike.
As a Property Management Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, supported by an in-house team of maintenance personnel skilled across multiple trades.
You will also coordinate and oversee snagging and handover services for properties, as well as conduct site visits and generate detailed reports for existing properties highlighting maintenance needs.
For landlords who are abroad or renting out their properties, our service includes rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance with local letting laws, and managing rental paperwork and overdue payments.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, client-focused, and has a strong understanding of property upkeep and tenant relations.
Duties:
- Invoicing of works done for clients;
- Chasing of rental payments;
- Onsite visits;
- Liaising with suppliers/technicians;
- Purchasing of goods and other items for properties in our care;
- Compiling inventories;
- Checking tenants in and out;
- Maintaining communication with owners and tenants;
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A smart, mature, and pleasant personality.
- Clean driver’s license & own means of transport.
- A hard-working nature and ability to work on their own initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.
