The complex is a landmark redevelopment of what is surely Malta’s most historic brewery heritage site, one with a rich legacy. Therefore the now renamed Trident Park holds a very special place in Malta’s industrial history, having been the former site where such iconic beverages and brands like Cisk Lager and Kinnie were once brewed and bottled. The original brewery is a Grade 2 listed building and was inaugurated in 1950.

It is one of Malta’s finest examples of a reinforced concrete Art Deco building and represents a significant milestone in Malta’s post-war industrialisation.
