When purchasing your first home through Frank Salt Real Estate and, provided that you have been accepted for a home loan as a first time buyer with APS Bank plc, the Bank will refund the booking fee and processing fee, waive the legal fees and Bank architect fees, as well as make a contribution of €150 towards notary fees for a secured home loan of up to €300,000 or a contribution of €250 towards notary fees for a secured home loan of over €300,000, where the said secured home loans are taken out with APS Bank plc.
For a Frank Salt Real Estate client to be able to avail of this offer by APS Bank plc, a voucher will be given to the client upon signing of the promise of sale agreement. Such voucher must be presented to APS Bank plc together with the home loan application. The client must also satisfy banking criteria to be accepted as a home loan client by APS Bank plc – this decision does not depend on Frank Salt Real Estate.
The booking and processing fees are payable by the client upon the issuance of the sanction letter by APS Bank plc. Refunds of such fees shall be affected upon the signing of the final deed of sale.
The contribution towards notary fees may be requested by the client upon presentation of the respective receipts to APS Bank plc.
Clients participating in the First Time Buyers Package scheme agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frank Salt Real Estate from any injury, damage, loss, delay, cost, expenses, or inconvenience which may result should APS Bank plc not accept the client as a home loan candidate.
Voucher is not transferable. Only one voucher may be presented. The voucher has no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash. The voucher shall not be accepted if presented after the expiry date printed on the voucher.
