Rya began her real estate career in the letting sector in January 2026, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism and a strong understanding of the rental market. Through her experience working closely with the Housing Authority, she has developed solid knowledge of regulations and documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for both landlords and tenants. Rya prides herself on being reliable, detail-oriented and committed to delivering a stress free service. Outside of real estate, she is also a professional dancer, a passion that reflects her discipline and dedication in everything she does.

Rya has been a star. No pressured sale. She called me back very quickly and once assessing my needs came back with very suitable apartments for me to view. Being a third country national she was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the process for me to rent a suitable apartment and get all the necessary documentation together with and for me.
