I had an excellent experience working with Jake Taliana, his years of experience in the property market really show and his knowledge, professionalism and understanding of the rental market put him a cut above the rest. He was always responsive, straightforward and genuinely focused on finding the right property for us, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable and professional letting consultant.

Service was great. Jake did a fantastic job in finding me the property and keeping me informed.

He helped us find our apartment in Malta. Especially as we are moving from London to Malta so there was a lot of nervousness about it.  Jake kept me updated with regular messages, listened to my feedback and found appropriate apartments for our requirements. He was great to work with and sorted the paperwork very quickly when we were on a tight schedule. We would recommend him and use him again.
