Job Description

We’re looking to recruit an Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a junior role and the chosen candidate will receive training in the areas of Compliance and AML. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Compliance Manager and MLRO.

Duties include:

  • Performing data gathering and analysis of the gathered data;
  • Processing and vetting data uploaded at branch level.
  • Performing client screening;
  • Conducting compliance monitoring on a periodic basis;
  • Compiling ad hoc reports as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A-Level standard of education;
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
  • At least 1 year working in an administrative setting;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to evolving needs and priorities
