10% referral fee

Have you already purchased a property through Frank Salt Real Estate? Do you have a friend, relative, client or colleague looking for a new property to buy or rent? Refer him to a consultant of your choice or to head office and you may be entitled to a 10% referral fee should your acquaintance commit.

Conditions: referral fee is payable upon signing of the final contract and given that agency fee is paid in accordance to the terms agreed with the vendor. Referral fee is not applicable, where other associate agreements with the Company are applicable, or where the referred client is already registered on the Company’s books. Referrals are to be made prior to the referred client contacting the Company. When referrals are made, a formal reference in writing is also required by email to [email protected] or by post to Privilege Programme, Frank Salt Real Estate, 2, Paceville Avenue, St Julians STJ 3109.

Property buyers: Up to 50% off our Home Interiors consultancy services

If you have purchased a property through Frank Salt and make use of any service offered by our home interiors consultancy division, you are entitled to a discount of up to 50% off the retainer fee.

If you have already rented a property through the Company and are now buying a property, should you take up the service offered by our home interiors consultancy division, you will receive the full discount of 50% off the fee.

Conditions: Discount varies from 20% to 50%, depending on the scale of the project and is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. There is no limit to the number of properties that a client can enlist for such offer.

Property buyers: 10% off our property management services

If you own a property that you purchased through us and you wish to avail of our property management services, you may benefit from 10% off our property management fee for the first year of service.

Property buyers: 10% refund on notarial fees

If you have already bought a property through us in the last 5 years, we will refund you 10% of the notary fees when you purchase a second property.

Conditions: Discount is valid on purchasing a property directly through Frank Salt Real Estate, with no intermediaries or referees involved, and given that the previous property has been purchased in the previous 5 years from date of promise of sale. The refund is based on 10% of the standard notarial tariffs and is payable directly to the notary of your choice. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other scheme or offer.

Landlords: HOME INTERIORS consultancy services: up to 50% off on our HOME INTERIORS consultancy services

If you are a landlord and have your property listed on our books to rent out, you may wish to renovate or carry out works at your property, with the intention of securing a higher rental return. If you take up the service offered by our home interiors consultancy division, you are entitled to a discount of up to 50% off the retainer fee.

Conditions: Discount varies from 20% to 50%, depending on the scale of the project and is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. There is no limit to the number of properties that a client can enlist for such offer.

Landlords: 10% off our property management services

If you own a property that you purchased through us and you wish to avail of our property management services, you may benefit from 10% off our property management fee for the first year of service.

Landlords: 10% off on commission on rentals

If you regularly rent out your property through us for long lets, you are entitled to a 10% discount off the landlord agency fees.

Conditions: Discount only valid on full agency fee rate payable by landlord, on the agreed value of the property rental. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

Letting clients: 10% off the agency fees for letting clients that rent their property through us

If you regularly rent your property through us for long lets, you are entitled to a 10% discount off the tenant agency fees.

Conditions: Discount is valid on renting directly through Frank Salt Real Estate, with no intermediaries involved. Minimum rental period of 6 months is required. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other scheme or offer.

Letting clients: 100% refund of your letting agency fee when you then buy a property through us

Have you rented a property through us and are now looking at buying your own property? If you do so, we will refund you the full agency fees that you would have paid on the last rental agreement.

Conditions: Discount is valid on purchasing a property directly through Frank Salt Real Estate, with no intermediaries involved. Property needs to be bought within 12 months from signing of rental agreement. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other scheme or offer. Offer is valid on rental agreements entered into as from 1st July 2012.

Home owners: 10% off the agency fees for home owners that sell their property through us

Have we already sold a property you owned in the last 5 years? If you register another property with us and we successfully sell it, we will discount the standard agency fee by 10%.

Conditions: Discount only valid given the standard agency fee rates, on the full agreed value of the property sale. The previous property must have been sold by the owner in the last 5 years from signing of the promise of sale for the second property, with standard agency fees having paid on the previous property. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other scheme or offer. Discount not valid for property owners registered with the company as Developers, Contractors or Speculators.

Home owners: Free property valuations

Are you considering selling your property? We will not only offer you full consultancy on the matter, but we will also include a comprehensive property valuation at no cost.

Home owners: Aggressive marketing

When you register your property with us, your property will be given priority in promotions, special focus on the website and other marketing tools. In the case of buy-to-let properties, we will give priority to rent out properties purchased through us.

All concessions are applicable on services taken up as from 1st August 2012.
