Situation Vacant: Project Manager
Reporting directly to the Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of several construction projects, overseeing the assignments from start to finish.
He/she will be required to work on more than one project at a time and will also be involved in liaising with clients and other third parties, attending site meetings, monitor works at each project stage and report progress to senior management.
The ideal candidate must be hard working, hold a good level of education, be able to work on own initiative and hold good organisational abilities. Own transport is a must, along with the ability to work flexible hours. Previous experience in the construction and/or real estate industry is required, whilst knowledge of ACAD software would be preferred, though not essential.
