We are specialists in short term letting, on booking platforms such as Airbnb, TripAdvisor, HomeAway and booking.com as well as through our own local portal www.maltaholidaylets.com.mt.

We take on the task of managing your property completely, so you do not have to stress out.

We will coordinate with the guests, avoiding you any personal contact, we will manage guest check-in and out, maintain the property and act as their concierge service, catering to all their needs.

Upon listing your property with us and prior to letting it out, we can assist in all the paperwork and MTA licensing, handle all the marketing for the property, manage bookings, and take care of all deposits and payments.

After guests have checked out, we will take care of all cleaning, maintenance, and laundry requirements, preparing the property for the arrival of the next set of guests. In the case of breakages, we will also handle all claims and refunds.

Finally, we will also take care of all payments to service providers.

Assisting with MTA licensing

We will acquire the paperwork, fill it in on your behalf and submit it for approval - after presenting it to you for signature - with the authorities in order to acquire your MTA Holiday Premises License.

Calendar Management

We will take care of all bookings, adjust and discuss pricing for the time of year with you and keep in contact with guests as part of our after-sales service and aim for only the best of reviews from former occupants.

24/7 Guest Support

We will answer all questions guests may have prior, during and after their stay. We are there to ensure their holiday is a memorable and care-free one, with the intention of returning or referring after they leave.

Professional Photography and Marketing

We have our own in-house, professional photographer who will get the most out of your property’s best attributes, the location and surrounds. We will list it on our highly popular and effective website and also cross-pollinate it on all other well-known holiday websites.

Key Management & Check-In/Out

We will co-ordinate all check-ins/outs with guests and take care of key management. We will also organise transport to the airport if required by your departing party through our concierge service.

In-House Interior Design & Maintenance Team

If you are in need of assistance to make your holiday property appealing prior to letting it out, we have a dedicated in-house interior design team to sort this out. We will also carry out general maintenance of the property and you will always be contacted first for approval of any fixing and maintenance work we propose on carrying out.

Concierge Service

We will organise collection from and delivery to the airport and be at their side day and night till the day they leave with a big smile! We will act as their concierge service and personal assistants for the duration of their stay, organising outings, bookings at restaurants and more.

Cleaning & Laundry Management

We will take care of all housekeeping. Cleaning will be done before arrival and at check-out. Extra cleaning can be organised.
