The Gozo Property Scheme, which offers a reduced tax rate of 2% (as opposed to the usual 5%) for individuals purchasing residential properties in Gozo, is valid until the 31 December 2023. This reduced stamp duty rate is only applicable for all promise of sales agreements signed before the end of 2023.
