Coordinator – Property Management Division Vacancy

Admin Assistant

We are seeking a committed individual with a professional manner, who will create a warm, welcoming and informative environment for all our clients.

As the division’s Coordinator, you will form an integral part of the Property Management Division’s operations at Frank Salt Real Estate. You will be part of a friendly team and key to driving the business forward through your customer service and efficiency. The role is both interesting and challenging, as you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the division as well as assisting the team in various logistical tasks. The successful applicant will benefit from an in-depth training experience.

Some of the duties include day to day management of office operations; assisting the Division Manager; managing and updating property information on the database; assisting clients and property owners, providing administrative support to the rest of the team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A smart, mature and pleasant personality
  • A hard-working and meticulous nature and be able to work on their own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • Own means of transportation
