We are seeking a committed individual with a professional manner, who will create a warm, welcoming, and informative environment for all our Clients in our Overseas Department in St Julian’s. As a Client Relations Administrator, you will form an integral part of the department operations at Frank Salt Real Estate. You will be part of a friendly team and key to driving the business forward through your customer service and efficiency. The role is interesting and challenging, as you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the department as well as supporting the Manager in various tasks.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out general administration duties, registration of new clients, following up with local and foreign client enquiries, allocating clients to Property Consultants, updating the system and databases, assisting clients in relation to sales, letting and property management, etc. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A smart, mature, and pleasant personality
  • A hard-working nature and be able to work on their own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
