They dethroned San Giljan, the recent dominant force in Maltese water polo, with an impressive 17-13 win in the final. This victory set the tone for what would become a season to remember.
Riding the momentum from their knockout success, Sliema ASC went on to conquer the Summer Water Polo Premier League, displaying remarkable consistency and skill throughout the competition. Their triumph in the league further solidified their status as Malta’s leading water polo club this season.
Founded in 1912, Sliema ASC is one of the most decorated and historic clubs in Maltese water polo, boasting a legacy of numerous national championships and cup victories.
