Following the success of Frank Salt Real Estate’s career days organised earlier on in February, the first batch of recruits have recently completed their extensive training course organised by the company. They will soon take up office in one of the company’s 14 branches and commence operations in this exciting career.

Over one hundred participants from all segments of society participated in Frank Salt Real Estate’s Career Days. The scope of the Career Days, held at Inspire (ex-Razzett tal-Hbiberija), was twofold – to identify and recruit new property consultants to join its ever-growing, dynamic team of sales and letting property consultants, and to offer the public an insight of what it takes to be a good property consultant and how to build one’s own career in real estate. A similar event will be held in May, which will include a number of informative seminars on what working in real estate is all about.

“I am really looking forward to actually get out there!” comments Andre Monseigneur, one of the new trainees who will now be joining the Marsascala branch team. “Before joining, I had several reservations as to where a career in real estate will lead me, but after all the training and encouragement that I have received from established colleagues at Frank Salt Real Estate, I have no doubt that I made the right decision. I opted for this path because I have always been fascinated by property. I have friends who are already in the business and they all own desirable cars and make good money.” says Wayne Fino Fino, stationed at the Fgura Branch. “Few other careers offer you the chance to make good money, make loads of friends and give you the flexibility that working in real estate does! “ With the comprehensive training that we have just received and the opportunities that Frank Salt Real Estate Limited provides, the sky is really the limit. All we have to do is apply what we have learnt to achieve our goals”, Letting Consultant Mark Zahra, who will form part of the St Paul’s Bay branch team.

Interested candidates who wish to attend the forthcoming career seminars or who wish to join the company are to contact Frank Salt Real Estate’s Human Resources division on 22770000 or by email at [email protected]. More information can also be found online atwww.franksalt.com.mt/careers.
