In September 2024, Stanley Bonello, one of our senior Branch Managers and a key member of our China Task Force, visited Shanghai as part of a Maltese delegation to commemorate Malta’s 60th anniversary of independence. The event, organised by the Maltese Consulate for China, included a series of seminars aimed at promoting Malta’s property market and its EU residence and citizenship programs—both of which are highly appealing to Chinese nationals seeking overseas investments or European residency.
The week-long event provided a fantastic networking opportunity, where Stanley had the chance to meet dignitaries from various countries and engage with potential investors. Frank Salt Real Estate was also proud to sponsor this initiative, further solidifying our commitment to strengthening ties between Malta and China.
Stanley’s efforts in China are part of our ongoing commitment to assisting Chinese clients, a relationship we’ve nurtured for over two decades. He will return to China in December 2024 to represent Frank Salt Real Estate at the prestigious Luxury Property Show in Shanghai, where over 6,200 high-net-worth individuals and investors are expected to gather.
