Surfing the perfect wave with Matthew Ciancio, a Property Consultant from the Frank Salt Real Estate, Mosta Branch.
We met with Matthew Ciancio to find out what he’s about: in his case, the saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover” could not be more true! His affinity with and proximity to the sea has had a huge influence on his life, as he and his mates spent every free moment in his young days cycling down to the beach during holidays to swim and hang out.
With his early life spent in the family’s photography business, his experience serves him extremely well when it comes to the business of being organised and managing his time successfully particularly when it comes to selling property and make sure to make ample time for surfing! He is particularly fond of older and bigger properties like Houses of Character and Villas and we bet we are not wrong when we say that he probably swoons if they are on or close to any beach. All surfers speak their own language using words like “Wipeout”, “Leggie”, “Pocket’, “Thruster”, “Going over the falls” and “Stoked”…well, we are really “Stoked” to find out more about Matthew.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

“I must say I don’t get this, but at one stage I was afraid of spiders for a while when I was in Australia. Those things are poisonous and can bite through your shoes!”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
Q: What household chore is just the worst?

Q: Any stories or incidents you would like to share that happened at work and that you will never forget?
“I went for a Promise of Sale and I ended up being a witness for the inheritance signing next door while my manager was taking care of the Promise of Sale appointment. When I was done and returned, one of the owners was on the floor and an ambulance came for her. Q: What advice will you give to someone who wants to become an estate agent?
