In line with its current expansion strategy, the Frank Salt Real Estate Group has opened its 13th office on the island, offering residential sales and letting services. The new office is located at 88, Gorg Borg Olivier Street, St Julians, facing the scenic Spinola Bay.
2011 has been a positive year for the company with an increase in demand for high quality finished properties as well as investment properties. The rental market has also maintained its steady growth, and albeit the company’s existing presence in the Sliema and St Julians region, through its three present offices in St Julians and Tower Road Sliema, the company felt the need to complement these with a new outlet, focusing on such type of properties.

Since taking on the office, the Project Management division of the company undertook the complete refurbishing of the premises, which now boasts of a state of the art, designer finished environment, complete with the latest ITC innovations. This followed other expansion works at the flagship offices in St Julians and the Marsascala branch.
