Seaviews or Countryside Views?

It does not matter where you are in Malta or Gozo, the sea is never far away… but when it comes to having an actual sea or countryside view, the same cannot be said for many of its properties. Many decades ago, whether your property had a view or not did not matter and it did not count towards the property’s intrinsic value. As time marched on, views have become one of, if not the biggest plus points of any property’s value.
