Frank Salt Real Estate reports record year and outlines expansion plans during Annual General Conference

Frank Salt Real Estate recorded its strongest performance to date in 2025, achieving record sales turnover and sustained growth across its core divisions, reinforcing its position as Malta’s leading real estate agency. The company’s achievements and future strategy were outlined during its Annual General Conference held at The Westin Dragonara in St Julian’s.

Record year across core divisions

The group recorded significant growth across its sales and letting divisions, demonstrating the company’s continued momentum across Malta’s property market.

It also proved to be a standout year for the Frank Salt Commercial division, which is supported by its own dedicated team of commercial consultants. Their expertise helped guide a growing number of investors exploring commercial property as an alternative asset class to strengthen and diversify their property portfolios.

Expanded sole agency portfolio

The company also expanded its portfolio of sole agency listings, which gives vendors enhanced marketing exposure and a more streamlined sales process. With a single dedicated consultant guiding the sale from start to finish, sole agency properties have performed strongly, with 75% sold within the first 75 days of coming to market.

Malta Holiday Lets growth

The company’s short lets division, ‘Malta Holiday Lets’ also saw strong growth in 2025, increasing revenue by over 50% over 2024 while expanding its property portfolio by 400%. This growth has significantly strengthened the company’s presence within the short-let sector and positions the division for continued growth in 2026.
