Vacancy: Marketing Manager
Frank Salt Real Estate is looking for an experienced individual with managerial skills to join the company in the position of Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Manager will be responsible to manage the marketing department with a team of five executives. The responsibilities include:
Development of corporate and strategic marketing plans and to execute such plans in line with the company’s vision
Successfully implement marketing campaigns, from creation to execution, which may include content creation, pay per click campaigns, publicity on traditional channels and online, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
Maintaining the company’s website, improving SEO ranking, producing valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts potential clients to clients
Management of Social media campaigns
Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies
Organisation and execution of events for the company and promotion on all channels
Preparation of fresh marketing material for Corporate use as well as for sales and letting offices
Production of performance reports for marketing campaigns.
- A degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience in management
- Knowledge of website analytics tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing including social media.
