The Frank Salt Real Estate Marsascala office has recently been highly refurbished and extended to include a whole new floor of office space for its ever-growing team of sales and letting consultants. Since its opening in 2007, the Marsascala branch has established itself as a key source of information and primary reference for locals and foreign nationals looking at buying or renting a property in the region.

Frank Salt Real Estate has always been a pioneer in providing added value to their customers, not only through their quality driven service approach but also by providing added convenience. It is for this reason that the Marsascala office was originally incepted. At the time the company felt that there was huge potential for real estate and property in the southern region of Malta, however there were very few entities that were willing to provide a focused service covering the area. At the time, Frank Salt Real Estate was already operating from its Fgura offices, but the company wanted to not only further extend its reach but also to strengthen and expand its database of properties available for sale and to let in the area.

Thanks to the company’s excellent reputation and the dedication of the team of consultants appointed for the Marsascala branch, after five years of active and aggressive initiatives, the branch can very well say that it has achieved these objectives. “We have considerably increased our presence in the market and solidified the already excellent reputation that the company enjoys” proudly states Omar Xuereb, Marsascala Branch Manager. ‘The feedback we get from our clients is extremely encouraging with a number of them opting to regularly use our services. In fact in some areas like the letting market, Frank Salt has become a household name.’

Thanks to its endeavors, Frank Salt Real Estate has been a key local company in promoting the seaside locations of the South of the island, which are something that the whole of Malta should be doing. “No area in Malta is the same as another” adds Mr Xuereb, “and each locality and branch clients deserve individual attention, strategy, business relationships, attitude and determination.”
